Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3-5 days of purchase. If an issue arises with your order a member of our team will reach out to you via email. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Shipment Notifications

We will contact you when you order has been shipping providing you with the tracking codes.

Shipment Errors & Resolutions

We are all human so shipment errors can occur. Fortunately there is always a resolution. Below is a list of potential errors,

  1. Received wrong item.
  2. Item says delivered, but is not in possession.
  3. Never received order.
  4. Tracking information says order has been delayed.
  5. Tracking information says order is still awaiting shipment.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. International delivery times will take longer, but processing times remain within 1-3 days of purchase. We do not offer returns when purchasing internationally.

Digital Goods

Digital downloads and items are non-refundable.
